Comox Valley Condominiums – Parkside at Riverglen on Vancouver Island, BC

Recently, I visited Parkside, a condominium project that is tucked away within the Old Orchard area of Courtenay, a popular area of historic character homes in the Comox Valley.  Parkside is located only a five minute walk to the downtown core of Courtenay, where residents have access to a farmers market, retail shops, a grocery store, banks and specialty shops. Parkside is also located on the Puntledge River with access to a beautiful walking trail alongside the river and through near by parks.

Inside the Parkside, you will find granite countertops, hardwood floors, heated tile floors in bathrooms, solid wood cabinets and 9′ ceilings with crown mouldings.  An appliance package includes stainless steel kitchen appliances as well as washer & dryer.
